If your car has been involved in an accident or is beyond repair, just call Autodemolizioni Signor and we will come and collect it.

We offer a safe, professional service. Your vehicle will be taken to our depot and you can decide whether to scrap it or not.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY VEHICLE?

When vehicles arrive at our collection facility, their documents are checked, they are made safe and then stored in our yard while we await de-registration. The car is then stripped and the parts are salvaged, checked and made ready for resale. The vehicle is then kept for its parts or crushed.

    Policy regarding the processing of personal data

    Purposes and legal basis of processing
    The Controller processes personal data for different purposes:

    - whenever information is requested, data are retained for the time necessary to respond; whenever a quote is requested, however, data are retained for a maximum time equivalent to double the period of validity of the offer, without prejudice to further retention for the time necessary for the settlement (whatever the outcome) of any disputes that may have arisen;
    - for the purpose specified in point 2), data are retained for twenty-four months from the last communication, irrespective of the channel used. The Data Subject may withdraw consent or object to the processing at any time.
    Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal
    The provision of data for the purposes set out in point 1) is necessary and therefore any refusal to provide the data, in whole or in part, may make it impossible for the Controller to perform the aforesaid purposes. The provision of data for other purposes is optional: failure to provide data may prevent the Controller from carrying out the corresponding activities although it will be entitled to pursue the purposes set out in point 1).
    Categories of recipients
    The Controller shall not disseminate the data but intends to disclose them to in-house personnel authorised to process them according to their respective duties, as well as to companies in the Group, commercial agents, business information companies, consultancy firms, business associations and/or organisations, professionals or service providers, in addition to public and private bodies, also as a result of inspections and audits. These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Controller, will be appointed data processors with an appropriate contract or similar legal document.
