Categories of recipients
The Controller shall not disseminate the data but intends to disclose them to in-house personnel authorised to process them according to their respective duties, as well as to companies in the Group, commercial agents, business information companies, consultancy firms, business associations and/or organisations, professionals or service providers, in addition to public and private bodies, also as a result of inspections and audits. These recipients, should they process data on behalf of the Controller, will be appointed data processors with an appropriate contract or similar legal document.
